Unity Of Attributes

If we want to understand God's Unity through the diversity of God's attributes, it should be like this...

That because one attribute and another do not depend on each other and do not limit each other, then in reality, that is the unity of attributes. What does it mean?

That any of God's attributes that we understand actually encompass other attributes of God. What does it mean?

Likewise with Allah. Although it may seem like there are many attributes, it doesn't mean Allah is divided into many parts:

"Sternness and gentleness as attributes do not imply two separate parts of Him acting as agents (partners) of 'sternness' & 'gentleness' used by God to manifest divided power." It's not like that.

Because the Power of God does not depend on anything else. There are no partners or parts on any side that become parts to help realize God's power source. Not like that.

Instead, God stands alone, independent and undivided, without partners. If so, then how do we understand the unity of God's attributes?

When it's said that God is Most Compassionate & Most Just, then actually we should understand that His Compassion affirms His Justice.

When it's said that God is All-Encompassing & Almighty, then actually we should understand that His Power is All-Encompassing.

When it's said that God is All-Hearing & All-Seeing, then actually we should understand that God Hears and Sees Meticulously.

IN A SIMPLER WAY, WHAT IS THE UNITY OF HIS ATTRIBUTES?

THAT WHENEVER ALLAH ACTS, EVERYTHING THAT OCCURS REFLECTS ALL HIS ATTRIBUTES (whether known to us or unknown)

However, once again, it's our limited perspective that sees His unity of attributes as just being Most Stern (due to our differing circumstances). Whereas Allah affirms His Most Sternness for the sake of His Most Gentleness as a sign of His Most Compassion & Most Mercifulness based on His Most Justice and so on, involving all the attributes we know (from our narrow perspective).

SIMPLIFYING IT FURTHER, WHENEVER ALLAH DISPLAYS WHAT WE THINK REFLECTS JUST ONE OF HIS ATTRIBUTES, IN REALITY, IT ENCOMPASSES ALL HIS ATTRIBUTES (PERFECTIONS).

Meaning, every time God wills, it already manifests His perfection. It's just that our perception is limited, so we grasp (understand) His actions in limited parts according to our limited perspective.

In essence: our actions are limited, but GOD ALMIGHTY WILLS PERFECTLY!

So, from whichever direction God bestows His mercy, it’s not half-hearted, but according to our circumstances. God gives the best & complete (perfect)

So we must realize that God has attributes that affirm His power without dividing His unity.
